One of my best friends - Destiny got married this past weekend to a wonderful guy Nate in the Medford Oregon Temple on May 3rd. It was so fun to go back to Grants Pass and be there for their special day. I flew out to Oregon on Wednesday night with the flu. It was horrible, but my loving husband booked me a hotel room so I wouldn't get my sister and her kids sick since I was supposed to stay with them that night. I felt much better the next day thank goodness. Grants Pass is so beautiful ... or I should say Oregon is. It's just so green! The weather was awesome that weekend too so that helped out. Friday morning Jodee made me go running with her. It's the first time I ran since the 1/2 marathon. It was fun to run our old route we used to do years ago. I did lunges like I used to right after the run ... stupid ... I was so sore the next couple days. After our run ... Destiny, Jodee, Amy and I went to breakfast. Jake flew out on Thursday night - so glad he came for it. It was a crazy trip but I think he had fun. He got to see an old mission buddy - Brian - so that was fun for him. Here's a picture of them at the temple having a good time :) Brian is married to Shalyse who was one of my college roommates. She was so fun to live with. Here's a picture of her with her new baby Lulu. So cute!!
The best part of going home and having weddings is you get to see so many people. Destiny and Nate's temple ceremony and reception was a lot of fun because it was like a reunion. Here are some shots from outside the temple.

Okay so I need to wrap up this post because it's taken me forever to do. I need to get better at this - you think it would be easy since I work in computers. I guess I need to do some research and get some creative stuff going on so it will be all cute and whatnot.
