GIRL!
We just found out today that we are having a baby girl. We are so excited. It was amazing to go to the Ultrasound appt and see how she is developing. They said everything looks normal and good so that makes us happy. Jake is a little nervous because he knows with my shopping habits and with all the girl stuff out there - WE are in TROUBLE :) Anyways, just wanted to spread the good news.

I was just at Old Navy today, too, they are having a baby clothes sale (like 50% off already discounted items!!)

I am thrilled for the two of you! I was wrong in my prediction, I guess there is a first for everything. :-)
I can totally see Jake with a little girl, daddy all wrapped around her tiny finger. You know what they say "a son is your friend until he finds a wife, but a daughter is a friend for life"... or something like that.
About the shopping, remind Jake that you have to start somewhere, this is your first so of course lots of shopping will be involved. We've all been through it.
